Executive Assistant

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle professional correspondence, phone calls, and email communications
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive briefing documents
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
