Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle professional correspondence, phone calls, and email communications
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive briefing documents
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior stakeholders, and internal teams
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
