Experience Designer

Description:

We are looking for a passionate Experience Designer to join our team and help elevate how our guests discover the Middle East.

What you’ll do

Design and curate bespoke itineraries and end-to-end guest experiences.

Coordinate logistics and operations hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.

Maintain excellent client communication: manage expectations, timelines, and last-minute changes with composure.

Keep a pulse on Dubai’s newest openings, trends, and hidden gems to continuously refresh our portfolio.

Ensure quality control across every touchpoint before and during the experience.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in DMC/travel design, luxury hospitality or guest experience roles.

Strong destination knowledge of Dubai/UAE (and a genuine curiosity to explore more).

Creative, detail-obsessed, and highly organized with strong follow-through.

Calm under pressure and comfortable working with fast turnarounds.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
