Experience Development Specialist

Description:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Experience Development Specialist to help shape the tours and travel experiences that define our brand. In this role, you’ll design and document unforgettable Swiss journeys — from scenic rail adventures to curated regional escapes — and make them sales-ready for our website, sales team, and online travel platforms.

You’ll collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales to turn great ideas into well-structured, bookable products — complete with clear itineraries, compelling descriptions, and all the logistical details needed to deliver excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Create and format detailed tour itineraries and travel experiences
• Write clear, engaging content for each experience (for website, OTAs, and internal sales tools)
• Ensure all tour products are accurate, complete, and sales-ready
• Collaborate with operations to confirm feasibility and guide planning
• Upload and maintain experience listings across booking platforms
• Research travel trends and guest preferences to improve and expand our offering
• Support new product launches and seasonal updates

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in tour creation, product development, or travel content writing
• Excellent English writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with travel platforms or CMS tools
• A passion for travel and knowledge of Switzerland is a big bonus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
