Description:
The Expert Lead will be responsible for building, managing, and engaging the Women CHOICE Experts Network — a diverse pool of professionals, mentors, and industry specialists who contribute to our programs, events, and initiatives. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify and engage top talent, and a strategic approach to leveraging expert contributions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with experts across industries.
- Manage and update the expert database in the CRM with relevant segmentation.
- Match experts to programs, panels, workshops, and mentoring opportunities.
- Coordinate with the events team to integrate expert contributions effectively.
- Collaborate with the content team to highlight expert thought leadership.
- Facilitate expert briefings and ensure alignment with event/program objectives.
- Track engagement metrics and ensure expert involvement aligns with organizational priorities.
- Support partnership opportunities by connecting experts with corporates and government stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategy discussions to grow and strengthen the Experts Network.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong passion for women’s empowerment and professional development.
- Experience in stakeholder management, partnerships, talent sourcing, or community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior-level interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for contact and engagement management.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven.

- Event management and moderation experience.
