Experts Lead

 

Description:

The Expert Lead will be responsible for building, managing, and engaging the Women CHOICE Experts Network — a diverse pool of professionals, mentors, and industry specialists who contribute to our programs, events, and initiatives. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify and engage top talent, and a strategic approach to leveraging expert contributions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with experts across industries.
  • Manage and update the expert database in the CRM with relevant segmentation.
  • Match experts to programs, panels, workshops, and mentoring opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the events team to integrate expert contributions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the content team to highlight expert thought leadership.
  • Facilitate expert briefings and ensure alignment with event/program objectives.
  • Track engagement metrics and ensure expert involvement aligns with organizational priorities.
  • Support partnership opportunities by connecting experts with corporates and government stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategy discussions to grow and strengthen the Experts Network.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong passion for women’s empowerment and professional development.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, partnerships, talent sourcing, or community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior-level interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for contact and engagement management.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven.

 

BONUS SKILLS

  • Event management and moderation experience.
  • Familiarity with content creation and digital campaigns.
  • Prior work in women’s empowerment, education, or social impact.
