Facility Manager

Description:

Burjeel Holdings is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of its facilities in Dubai. This role is suited for a proactive professional who can ensure the smooth functioning of building operations while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facility operations, coordinating with vendors, ensuring maintenance activities are completed on time, and creating a safe and well-maintained environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience in the hospitality sector will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain operational excellence.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems.

• Resolve operational issues efficiently while ensuring a safe and functional facility.

Requirements:

• Experience in Facility Management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.

• Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and HSE practices.

• Excellent vendor management and team leadership skills.

• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
