Factory Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Incharge with strong leadership and manufacturing expertise to oversee daily factory operations, production planning, quality control, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all factory operations
  • Plan and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines
  • Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control standards across all operations
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets required specifications
  • Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams for smooth workflow
  • Improve production efficiency and optimize factory processes
  • Maintain health & safety standards within the factory
  • Oversee machinery maintenance and ensure operational efficiency
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
  • Use AutoCAD and basic computer applications for drawings review, coordination, and reporting

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in factory operations
  • Proven experience in factory management or senior supervisory role
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, machinery, and production processes
  • Solid experience in quality control and quality assurance
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and computer applications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE/GCC experience in factory operations
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of production planning and workflow management
