Responsibilities
1). Production Management:
- Oversee daily food Production Management.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining efficiency.
- Optimize processes to reduce waste and increase Productivity.
2). Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure Products meet quality Standards( HACCP, ISO )
- Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety protocols.
3). Staff Supervision and Training:
- Manage and Lead Production Staff.
- Provide training on food safety, equipment handling and best practices.
- Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline.
4). Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
- Oversee procurement of raw materials and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
5). Equipment & Maintenance:
- Ensure Proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.
- Implement safety procedures for handling Machinery.
6). Cost and Budget Management:
- Control operational costs and reduce waste.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports.
- Improve efficiency to maximize profitability.
7). Compliance with Regulations:
- Ensure the factory follows local and international food regulations.
- Maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
- Handle audits and inspections.
8). Continuous improvement and innovation:
- Implement raw technologies and production techniques.
- Ensure product quality and introduce new product lines.
- c). Improve workflow and reduce in efficiencies.
Qualifications
10 Years Experience in Food manufacturing is a must and at least 3 Years Experience as a Factory/ Production Manager.
