We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team and bring fresh, innovative designs to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable fashion, strong technical skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop creative, stylish, and sustainable fashion collections aligned with Neusol’s brand vision.
• Sketch & Conceptualize new designs, mood boards, and fabric selections.
• Pattern Making & Fitting – Ensure proper fit, comfort, and high-quality tailoring.
• Research & Trend Analysis – Stay updated on fashion trends, textiles, and sustainability innovations.
• Material & Supplier Collaboration – Source sustainable fabrics and work closely with manufacturers.
• Prototype Development – Oversee sample creation and adjustments for final production.
• Quality Control – Ensure all designs meet high craftsmanship standards.

Requirements:

✔ Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.

✔ Experience in garment design, pattern making, and sewing techniques.

✔ Strong illustration and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, etc.).

✔ Knowledge of sustainable fabrics and eco-friendly production processes.

✔ Ability to work on custom fittings and alterations.

✔ Strong attention to detail and creativity.

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
