The company is a chain of 8 salons across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a warm and welcoming environment where our team of remarkably talented stylists provide exceptional hair services.

Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years practical experience and can work unsupervised

Skills:
A Senior Hair stylists will be expected to carry out personalized consultations with clients on their needs and advise on anything from hair care to cuts and colours.

A generally confident person and experienced in all aspects of hairdressing; cutting, styling, colouring, highlights, extensions, hair up, foils etc

Salary and commission:
Senior Stylists are on a tax free net salary of around 3000 USD. Exact salary depends on skill level.
On top of basic salary there is also service commision is 15% on revenue generated above 3 times salary, and 25% on revenue generated above 4 times salary. I.e. someone on a salary of 10K will earn 15 % on all revenue above 30K, and 25% on all revenue above 40K.
Retail commission is 10% for all.
