Female Swimming Teacher

Are you a passionate and experienced Female Swimming Teacher ready to take the next step in your coaching journey?
We're looking for a dynamic instructor to join our team in Dubai starting September 2025. This role involves teaching across our Toddlers & Junior Learn to Swim programs, with the opportunity to grow and contribute to one of the most respected aquatics programs in the region.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (ages 3+ up to advanced LTS)
✅ ASA / Swim England Level 2 certification (or equivalent)
✅ A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
✅ First Aid certification

What you’ll do:
🔹 Deliver structured swim sessions and individual lessons
🔹 Monitor progress using the K8 metric system
🔹 Engage with parents and provide regular feedback
🔹 Participate in internal training, assessments, and events
🔹 Support the long-term development of our swimmers
