Field Engineer

Description:

Airswift is seeking an experienced Field Engineer (Offshore Installation) to support major Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi with a leading EPC company. This role is ideal for an offshore engineering professional with strong experience in subsea installation, jacket installation, and topside installation activities.

The successful candidate will provide technical support during offshore installation operations, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Candidates with experience working on major operator Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide field engineering support for offshore installation activities.

• Support execution of subsea installation operations including spools, sleepers, and S-Lay pipeline installation.

• Assist with jacket installation activities, including grouted jacket installations.

• Support topside installation works and offshore construction activities.

• Coordinate with offshore teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and safety standards.

• Review technical documentation and provide solutions for offshore installation challenges.

• Support project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of offshore installation experience.

• Strong experience in subsea installation activities.

• Experience with subsea components including spools, sleepers, and S-Lay pipeline installation.

• Experience with jacket installation, particularly grouted jackets.

• Experience with topside installation activities.

• Previous experience with major Oil & Gas operator projects in Abu Dhabi is preferred.

• Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
