Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs focused on enhancing players' skating and football skills.
• Provide individual and group coaching sessions, ensuring athletes master both football techniques and skating control.
• Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
• Organize and lead practice sessions, drills, and friendly matches to simulate competitive environments.
• Ensure athletes understand and adhere to all rules and regulations of football, as well as the unique aspects of football skating.
• Promote a professional and disciplined training atmosphere that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Represent the company at various events, showcasing our commitment to excellence in the sport.
