i-APS is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Finance and Administration Director to serve as our Head of Unit. Available immediately, this pivotal leadership and operational role oversees our global financial operations, branch management, and administrative compliance.
This is a highly practical and dynamic role. While you will provide high-level strategic oversight, the position also requires engaging in a significant amount of hands-on, operational work to ensure our global systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader eager to drive efficiency by building upon our existing automated processes and guiding a diverse global team.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Take a practical, hands-on approach to daily financial and administrative operations while managing the broader strategic vision.
- Global & Local Compliance: Oversee and ensure strict legal, administrative, and tax compliance across all global and local jurisdictions. This includes managing proper tax protocols and the meticulous tracking of all personnel and consultancy contracts.
- Process Automation: Spearhead the continuous improvement and automation of financial and administrative workflows, expanding upon current systems.
- Global Oversight: Direct and manage all i-APS branches, field offices, and contract field offices worldwide.
- Budget Management: Design, oversee, and continuously monitor operational budgets to ensure financial sustainability and accurate follow-up.
- Revenue Portfolio Management: Oversee diverse client portfolios and revenue streams spanning advisory work, software development services, SaaS/product subscriptions, and training activities.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and empower a diverse, multi-disciplinary global staff.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven, high-level financial management experience.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in tax preparation, accounting, and managing complex global and local tax compliance.
- Global Collaboration: Demonstrated success working with and leading diverse teams and individuals within a global office setting.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a department, prioritize multiple complex workflows, and balance high-level strategy with daily hands-on operational execution.
