Role Overview:

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company, ensuring efficiency in financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior management to drive profitability and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and cost control strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic growth.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and performance.
• Monitor and improve financial systems and internal controls.
• Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
