Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local financial regulations, tax laws, and business practices. The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial policies.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
• Conduct cost analysis, financial planning, and risk assessment.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
• tay updated with UAE financial laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the UAE as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, VAT, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
