Finance Manager

Description:

The  Finance Manager supports the finance team in managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role assists in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.


• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.


• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.


• Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.


• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.


• Support implementation of financial systems and process improvements.


 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. with relevant compulsory certificaton chartered of any country is a must


• 12+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.


• Strong knowledge of financial principles and reporting standards.


• Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
