Hiring Finance Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
• In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in preparing reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Manage and monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning process
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Support executive management with financial analysis and scenario modeling
• Implement financial systems, policies, and best practices to enhance efficiency
