Alreem Group is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our finance function across our UAE healthcare operations. This role calls for a strategic finance professional who can combine strong technical accounting skills with commercial insight to support growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Overview
You will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, managing core accounting processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of driving financial performance and building effective finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Deliver strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Oversee audits, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and manage financial risk.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, treasury functions, and cash-flow management.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets.
• Mentor, develop, and guide the finance team to adopt best practices across departments.
• Support strategic initiatives including investment appraisal, financial modeling, and business case development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
