Senior Accountant

Description:

Innovative International Decoration & Interior Design LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is suitable for accounting professionals with strong experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance within the UAE.

The successful candidate will manage accounting activities, support financial reporting, handle UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements, and monitor project-related financial performance. Candidates with experience in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and monthly management reports.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.

• Monitor project costing, budgets, expenses, and profitability.

• Manage supplier payments, customer collections, and bank reconciliations.

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain accurate financial documentation.

• Support financial planning and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 4–5 years of relevant UAE accounting experience.

• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting industries is preferred.

• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • UAE accounting standards, VAT, and corporate tax compliance.

    • Financial reporting, budgeting, and project costing.

    • Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
