We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head Accountant & Finance Manager to lead financial operations within our growing Food & Beverage (F&B) group. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of finance, accounting, and budgeting to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across multiple outlets.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Oversee daily accounting functions and financial management for all F&B outlets.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for expansion initiatives.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with UAE financial and VAT laws.
• Manage cost control, inventory auditing, and cash flow processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive profit improvement and cost optimization.
• Handle payroll verification, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial institutions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
• 5–8 years of accounting and finance experience in the UAE’s F&B sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting systems such as Tally, QuickBooks (Online), or ERP.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple business units and meet tight deadlines.
