Finance Manager & Credit Controller

Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager & Credit Controller to join our trading business in Dubai. Our current Finance Manager is relocating, and we are seeking a competent professional to ensure a smooth handover and continued financial stability. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, credit control, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Supervise cash flow management and banking relationships
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with UAE regulations
• Lead credit control functions, including customer credit assessments and collections
• Ensure compliance with VAT, audit, and statutory requirements
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE
• Solid background in finance management and credit control
• Familiarity with UAE tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
