Are you a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a passion for real estate? Hogar Properties is looking for a Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team!
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial risk management
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategy with company goals
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant (5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools
