Financial Analyst

Fidelity United is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst – Reporting to join its team in Sharjah. The role is suited to finance professionals with strong analytical and reporting capabilities, particularly those who have experience working within the insurance sector.

The successful candidate will support financial reporting activities, analyze financial information, and help ensure accurate and timely reporting. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to interpret financial data will be important for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and reporting schedules.

• Analyze financial data and identify relevant trends and variances.

• Support periodic financial reporting and management reporting activities.

• Review financial information for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

• Maintain organized financial records and reporting documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate financial information.

• Support reporting requirements and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis or reporting experience.

• Experience within the insurance industry is preferred.

• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial reporting and analysis.

• Financial data interpretation and variance analysis.

• Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Insurance-sector financial processes and reporting.
