Description:

We are seeking a proactive Administrative and Finance Coordinator to oversee financial and administrative operations across multiple international entities. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage complex multi-country operations, and ensure compliance with regional financial and regulatory requirements.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee company-wide financial and administrative operations.
  • Manage payments, payroll, receivables, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with audits, taxation, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants and local accounting teams across different countries.
  • Monitor and maintain licenses, ICV reports, and company documentation.
  • Provide timely updates to management with minimal need for follow-up.

 

✅ Requirements

  • Currently based in the UAE
  • Proven experience in a similar role across at least three different countries (MENA / Africa / Asia preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of international finance, audit, and tax compliance.
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Highly self-driven and proactive, able to manage responsibilities independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple jurisdictions.
