 As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take on a leadership role and drive financial performance in a dynamic environment.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will lead the finance team, manage budgets, and ensure the company’s financial health is maintained through effective financial controls and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, Internal Controls & Compliance, Team Leadership, Strategic Financial Support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and MS Excel (Advanced).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Experience in Sports Industry is a plus.
