Financial Controller

Description:

A company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of its manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in industrial manufacturing, factory operations, and strategic financial leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end financial management for an industrial plant, support key business decisions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and travel frequently as required. Candidates must possess a recognized professional accounting qualification and proven manufacturing industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete financial management of manufacturing and factory operations.

• Prepare and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

• Support strategic business decisions through financial insights and performance evaluation.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with senior management.

• Monitor financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Analyze plant performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.

• Travel frequently to support business operations and financial activities.

Requirements:

• ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CMA qualification is mandatory.

• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
