Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with growth objectives and international expansion.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Build and monitor financial KPIs (margins, profitability per client/country, EBITDA, utilization rates).
• Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, valuation models, and cap table management.
• Oversee tax compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assess pricing models, cost structures, and overall profitability by service line.
• Build and lead the finance team while implementing scalable systems and processes.

Profile

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or similar).
• Strong background in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Experience with fundraising and investor relations is a strong advantage.
• Experience in multi-country operations is preferred.
• Strategic mindset with strong operational execution skills.
