Financial Manager

Description:

A growing multi-business group is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead its finance operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for a strategic finance professional who can go beyond accounting by supporting business planning, protecting the organization’s financial interests, and working closely with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, compliance, reporting, cash management, and team leadership while ensuring the business remains financially efficient and compliant with UAE and Saudi regulations. Bilingual professionals with strong leadership and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.

• Manage cash flow, payables, receivables, and payroll operations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE and Saudi VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations.

• Review commercial contracts and provide financial recommendations.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the CEO and management.

• Manage relationships with clients, banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

• Oversee group asset management, including digital assets.

• Maintain financial controls and ensure audit readiness.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of finance management experience.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Strong knowledge of UAE and Saudi taxation, financial regulations, and compliance.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial operations.

• Confidence in dealing with senior management and external stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

    • UAE & Saudi VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance.
