Description:

Minar Holdings is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in UAE customs clearance and fleet operations.

The successful candidate will support the coordination of fleet activities, ensure smooth customs clearance processes, and assist with daily operational requirements. Applicants must currently be based in the UAE and be ready to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operations and transportation activities.

• Manage UAE customs clearance documentation and procedures.

• Monitor fleet schedules and support operational efficiency.

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely operations.

• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UAE customs clearance is mandatory.

• Candidate must currently be available in the UAE.
