Operations Executive – Estimator

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Estimator to join our growing team.

Indian candidates based in India are welcome to apply. Work From Home position.

💼 Key Responsibilities
→ Read and understand civil, fit-out, signage, and technical drawings
→ Prepare material and quantity calculations
→ Assist with cost estimation and quotations
→ Take measurements and calculate material requirements
→ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and material availability
→ Follow up with vendors and maintain good coordination
→ Assist with material procurement and handling
→ Coordinate with Operations and Production teams for smooth project execution
→ Maintain records of estimates, quotations, materials, and vendor details
→ Support day-to-day operational activities

✅ Requirements
→ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
→ 0-3 month experience required, Freshers also welcome
→ Basic knowledge of drawing reading and interpretation
→ Good understanding of calculations, measurements, and estimation
→ Good communication and coordination skills
→ Ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers
→ Basic knowledge of materials and material handling
→ Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
→ Knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage

💻 Work From Home Conditions
→ Own laptop is mandatory
→ Must have a proper Work From Home setup
→ Stable and reliable internet connection required
→ Must be available for regular communication with the UAE team
→ If required, willing to travel within the UAE
→ If required, willing to relocate to the UAE
