We Are Looking For a Fleet Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of the company’s fleet.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal vehicle uptime.
- Supervise and train fleet drivers, ensuring safe driving practices and adherence to policies.
- Monitor fleet costs and optimize fuel usage while ensuring high operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of fleet management experience, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in managing fleets with a range of vehicles (light, heavy-duty, and construction equipment).
