Affordable Group of Companies is seeking an experienced FM Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of our technical team. The role focuses primarily on MEP maintenance, along with general facilities management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
• Supervise in-house technicians and outsourced service providers
• Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defence, and RERA regulations
• Oversee daily work of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
• Monitor utility usage and recommend cost-effective efficiency improvements
• Address tenant issues and coordinate move-in/move-out procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
• 3–5 years of FM/MEP maintenance experience in the UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Fluency in English
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and UAE compliance standards
