We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Civil Foreman to supervise daily site operations for a bridge construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural works, with a proven ability to lead labor teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule standards.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site, particularly related to bridge substructure and superstructure works (e.g., foundations, piers, girders, decking, and concrete works).
     
  • Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
     
  • Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
     
  • Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of work; take corrective actions where necessary.
     
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies among the workforce.
     
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.
     
  • Maintain daily site reports, work diaries, and labor attendance records.
     
  • Assist in planning construction sequences and provide technical guidance to the crew.
     
  • Identify site issues or risks and report them to site engineers or project managers promptly.
     
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times.

  • • Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certification.
       
    • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in bridge or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
       
    • Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, concreting, earthworks, and bridge erection techniques.
       
    • Familiar with Dubai Municipality and RTA construction site requirements.
       
    • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
       
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
       
    • Basic knowledge of construction health and safety standards.
       
    • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
