Utility Supervisor

Description:

A construction company in the UAE is looking for an experienced Utility Supervisor to join its road and infrastructure project team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in utility works, including water pipelines, drainage, sewerage, and utility duct installation, with the ability to supervise site activities and ensure quality and safety standards.

This role is suitable for a skilled professional with UAE infrastructure experience who can coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily utility construction activities and site manpower.

• Monitor installation works related to water pipelines, drainage, sewerage, and utility ducts.

• Coordinate with foremen, chargehands, engineers, consultants, and project teams.

• Review construction drawings and ensure work is executed according to project requirements.

• Monitor work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance on site.

• Ensure proper allocation and management of site resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in utility supervision.

• Strong experience in road and infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of water pipelines, drainage systems, sewerage works, and utility duct installation.

• Ability to supervise foremen, chargehands, and site workers.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• UAE infrastructure experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Road and infrastructure construction activities.

• Utility installation and underground services.

• Site supervision, quality control, and safety practices.
