Freelance Interior Designer

Description:

We are seeking a Freelance Interior Designer to design and oversee the implementation of our new Dubai office. The role requires some flexibility for remote work during the design phase, but on-site presence is mandatory during implementation to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop space plans and create construction drawings.

• Design and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

• Supervise on-site implementation to ensure alignment with the design.

• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to address challenges and meet deadlines.

• Prepare design presentations and manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings.

• Proven experience with on-site project supervision.

• Strong portfolio of innovative and functional designs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
