Fundraising Consultant

Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and well-connected Fundraising Advisor to lead the charge on securing our Seed round. This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone with strong relationships in the early-stage investment ecosystem and a track record of closing capital for high-growth startups.

You’ll work closely with the founders to refine our investor narrative, identify the right investor profiles, and actively manage the outreach and pitching process through to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Fluye’s Seed fundraising strategy, including pitch positioning, investor targeting, and deal structuring.
• Leverage your network of VCs, angels, family offices, and syndicates to secure aligned capital.
• Refine and deliver our investor pitch alongside the founding team.
• Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, data room access, and investor Q&As.
• Provide insight into market dynamics and best practices for early-stage raises.
• Support strategic introductions to partners or co-investors as needed.

Ideal Profile

• Proven track record in startup fundraising (ideally in marketplaces, SaaS, or creator economy).
• Strong network of pre-seed and seed-stage investors in MENA, UK, or global markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and outcome-driven.
