Qualifications

• The person to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Preferably furniture manufacturing or Fit out business.
• Must have knowledge of finance, sales, manufacturing.
• Must know the regional market.
• Leadership qualities essential.
• Should be detailed oriented.
• Candidate can be internal or external – currently in UAE or outside the country.
• Ownership is very important. The nature of this business and product line makes it important that the candidate has the mentality that he owns the business.
