Oversee all aspects of mall management including but not limited to leasing, tenant relations, marketing, fiscal management, facility operations, maintenance, inspections, and safety functions.
Manage day-to- day operations to maintain high- quality standards that meet tenants and customers’ expectations.
Drive marketing initiatives to promote the mall and enhance shopper experience, increasing footfall and customer spending.
Ensure proper tenant mix and zoning aligned with the business strategy and current market trends and business goals.
Develop leasing strategies to attract new tenants and negotiate lease agreements and renewals across all categories, including anchors, F&B and retail.
Prepare and execute a structured business plans covering all mall operational components.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tenants and leading retail groups.
Prepare, monitor and adjust financial budgets and operational systems to align with performance goals.
Foster effective relationships with tenants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
Implement approved systems and procedures across all departments to support coordinated business functions and high – quality service delivery.
Develop annual marketing plans and event calendar in collaboration with marketing team.
Organize and manage mall events and activations to drive footfall and brand visibility.
Monitor and follow up on rental collection and enforce lease contract compliance.
Address and resolve tenant complaints and requests within legal and contractual frameworks.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to mall operations and tenant interactions.
Uphold and reinforce the mall’s corporate identity and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Continually assess and improve customer services standards throughout the mall.
Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
MECSC / ICSC Certified.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mall management in UAE or GCC.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing large-scale retail properties.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and P&L management.
