Hir Engineers, a reputed UAE-based landscape firm, is urgently seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead its operations in Dubai. This critical leadership position is ideal for an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity.

The selected candidate will play a strategic role in managing large-scale landscaping projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high-quality landscape works across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure sectors. The General Manager will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budget control, and client relationship management.

A comprehensive understanding of horticulture, irrigation systems, hard and soft landscaping, and project lifecycle management is essential. The role demands strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire teams and drive business growth. Candidates with bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire landscape division's operations across the UAE

• Supervise planning and execution of landscape and irrigation projects

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams for improved performance

• Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards

• Develop long-term business strategies to expand company market presence

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on business planning and profitability

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Agriculture

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the landscaping industry

• At least 5 years in a senior management role

• Proven expertise in horticulture, irrigation, and project delivery

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred

• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate hiring
