General Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Organize research and development of new markets and projects for oilfield technical services in the Strategic Development Region , and lead market expansion.

· Organize technical exchanges and promotional activities for oilfield technical services in the Strategic Development Region.

· Oversee research on business practices, as well as business management, bidding, and tendering activities for oilfield technical services in the Strategic Development Region.

· Supervise operations and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management for oilfield technical services in the Strategic Development Region.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above.

· Strong communication and technical exchange skills.

· Minimum 12 years of experience in the petroleum industry, including at least 8 years in Middle East market development.
