Oversee the full operation of the Iraq Supply-Service Department, ensuring a stable and high-performing supply chain.
Build and sustain strong relationships with local suppliers and government bodies to guarantee compliant operations.
Develop and execute supply-chain strategies that streamline logistics, cut costs, and elevate service quality.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of supply-chain management experience, including at least 3 years in the Middle East (Iraq experience strongly preferred). Candidates with a background in oil & gas or oilfield-services industries will be given priority.
Arabic fluent, English workable; trilingual (Chinese, English, Arabic) preferred. Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication and risk-control skills essential.
