🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for new real estate project launches

✔ Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, PR, and events

✔ Drive marketing roadmaps for large-scale project announcements

✔ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure strong brand messaging

✔ Build and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners

✔ Organize roadshows, exhibitions, and high-profile launch events

✔ Manage marketing budgets and track campaign ROI, engagement, and lead generation metrics

✔ Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-performance marketing initiatives

🔹 Ideal Candidate

✔ 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3+ years in real estate development

✔ Proven experience launching large-scale real estate projects

✔ Strong expertise in integrated marketing, digital strategy, PR, and event management

✔ Experience engaging investors, brokers, and channel partners

✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

✔ UAE real estate marketing experience is highly preferred

✔ Must be based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license
