An established organization in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced General Manager – Scaffolding (Civil) to oversee and lead its operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in civil construction and scaffolding, capable of managing large-scale projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall scaffolding operations across multiple civil construction projects

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring timelines and budgets are met

• Implement and maintain strict safety standards and regulatory compliance across all sites

• Supervise and guide large teams, ensuring efficient coordination and productivity

• Engage with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18+ years of experience in civil construction with strong scaffolding expertise

• Proven leadership experience in handling large-scale projects and managing teams

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, project planning, and execution strategies

• Mandatory experience working within the UAE or GCC region

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
