The upmarket restaurant is an exceptional fine-dining destination, currently holding 2 Michelin stars for its innovative culinary offerings and impeccable service. We are looking for an experienced and highly driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the high standards required to preserve and build upon our Michelin-starred reputation.

Candidate MUST have excellent track record in managing a Michelin Star Restaurant in international Luxury hotel or a stand alone 2 Michelin star restaurant in international environment. 3/5 years experience in a Michelin Star restaurant is a mandatory requirement.
