PEAKSY Adventure Park & Family Restaurant, located in the vibrant Yas Bay area of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead its operations. This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences in both hospitality and entertainment settings.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the adventure park and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management while driving business growth and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of both the adventure park and restaurant

• Lead, inspire, and manage teams across multiple departments to achieve operational excellence

• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall profitability

• Ensure high standards of safety, service quality, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained

• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and support long-term strategic planning

• Enhance customer experiences by maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline

• 7–10 years of proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within hospitality, leisure, or entertainment sectors

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Solid business acumen with a focus on growth and operational success
