PEAKSY Adventure Park & Family Restaurant, located at Yas Bay on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is a vibrant destination combining thrilling adventure experiences with a lively dining atmosphere. The organization is focused on delivering memorable guest journeys where entertainment, hospitality, and family-friendly dining come together.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to take full responsibility for overall operations, business performance, and guest satisfaction across both the adventure park and restaurant divisions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven expertise in managing hospitality or entertainment-based businesses, capable of driving operational excellence while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily operations of both the adventure park and restaurant
• Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams across all departments
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and business profitability
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, service quality, and guest satisfaction benchmarks
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Implement strategic planning for business growth and operational improvements
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional and memorable customer experiences
• Coordinate with management and stakeholders to support long-term business goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 7–10 years of senior managerial experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment sectors
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills
• Proven business acumen with experience in driving operational and financial success
