The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, practitioners, and wider team to improve clinic operations, manage business performance, and enhance the overall patient and team experience. Candidates with UAE healthcare management experience and knowledge of DHA requirements are encouraged to apply.

• Oversee the overall business and operational management of the clinic.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and operational efficiency.

• Manage budgets, financial planning, and operational resources.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including DHA requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a healthcare facility in the UAE or Gulf region, preferably a multidisciplinary clinic.

• Strong understanding of clinic operations, financial management, and budget planning.

• Practical knowledge of DHA requirements and healthcare compliance.

• Experience leading teams and improving operational processes.

• Proven track record of implementing improvements within a healthcare business.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage both strategic objectives and day-to-day operational details.
