Graphic Designer

LEMON by Locke is a creative agency based in Dubai, specializing in brand strategy, social media, content creation, and design across various industries including Real estate, Fashion, Interior Design, Sustainability, and Lifestyle. We work with forward-thinking clients to deliver impactful visuals and strategic narratives.

We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, conceptually strong, and able to adapt their visual approach across multiple brand identities and formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print assets for a variety of brands (social media content, presentations, brand collateral, digital ads, packaging, etc.)
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Strategy team to execute visual concepts aligned with each brand's identity
• Support in developing and maintaining visual guidelines for client accounts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency or studio environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand work across social, print, and digital media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Figma is an advantage
• Understanding of layout, typography, and brand systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback and evolve designs accordingly
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
