Description:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality 2D and 3D designs, including product mockups, gift box concepts, custom packaging, event branding elements, and detailed production drawings. The role requires close coordination with the sales, operations, and production teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities2D Design Responsibilities
- Create visuals for gift items, Pu Leather Boxes, Wooden Boxes, packaging, sleeves, labels, brochures, event branding, certificates, and digital assets.
- Develop presentation layouts used for customer approvals.
- Prepare print-ready files according to supplier specifications.
- Adapt and resize existing designs for different production requirements.
- Ensure full alignment with entity brand guidelines.
3D Design Responsibilities
- Create 3D product mockups, gift box structures, packaging models, and event display simulations.
- Develop realistic renders to help customers visualize final products before production.
- Produce 3D exploded views and technical drawings when needed for manufacturing.
- Work with suppliers to finalize dimensions, materials, and structural requirements.
Workflow & Production Alignment
- Work directly with sales and operations teams to understand job requirements.
- Update design changes quickly based on client or sales feedback, especially for urgent or time-sensitive projects.
- Provide design support during sample development.
Experience & Skills RequiredTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- 3D software: KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max (any is acceptable)
- Mockup creation & packaging die-line development
- Understanding of:
- Printing techniques, materials, finishing options
- Gift item customization, engraving, UV printing, foiling, embossing
- Production drawings for manufacturing
Industry Experience
- Experience working in:
- Corporate gifts industry, promotional products, branding agencies, packaging design
- OR agencies handling government clients/events in the UAE
- Familiarity with custom product development processes (sample → approval → production).
