Graphic Designer

Description:

NRTC Group is currently looking for a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Brand team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, capable of delivering high-quality visual content efficiently, and passionate about creating engaging brand experiences across multiple platforms.

The selected candidate will work on a variety of creative projects including social media content, product packaging, e-commerce visuals, motion graphics, and trade marketing materials. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and high-quality social media creatives aligned with brand identity

• Create packaging designs and product-related artwork for various marketing campaigns

• Develop e-commerce assets including banners, promotional visuals, and digital advertisements

• Produce motion graphics and animated visual content for online and promotional use

• Design trade marketing collateral, presentations, and branding materials

• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to execute creative campaigns effectively

• Ensure all visual content meets brand standards and commercial objectives

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines

• Stay updated with design trends, digital marketing visuals, and creative best practices

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience required

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools is required

• FMCG or retail industry background will be considered an advantage

• Strong creative thinking and commercial design understanding

• Ability to execute projects quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• UAE-based candidates are preferred

• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment
